Daedalus has been in business since 1996 serving global IT clients in US, EU & Asia. Daedalus started with a dream to help SME's use IT strategically and to help Indian software talent reach out to global companies. The evolution of Daedalus has been through stages like providing technical and behavioural evaluation services for US software companies in 1996 to providing full-suite search and recruitment services for addressing other geographies, including India. Daedalus has retained its core focus on the IT industry despite the slowdown during 2000-2003 period and is well positioned to scale rapidly this year to reach more geographies and customers while retaining our IT focus and quality.
